Aluminum Door and window End-milling Machine

Brief Introduction

Aluminum Door-window end-milling machine is used for end milling of mullion/transom profiles of aluminum windows. With a large work bench and long cutting stroke, it can mill 6-10 aluminum profiles with one operation. With adjustable cutting tools, it is unnecessary to replace multiple cutting tools in case of changing aluminum profiles so as to save the production period and cost of cutting tools. Multiple sets of cutting tools can work simultaneously or separately based on different profiles. With bigger diameter of cutting tools, the quality of machined surface is better. The end-milling machine is ideal equipment for mass production of aluminum doors and windows.

Features

l Universal milling blades can be adjusted in up/down, left/right directions, which fits for different processing requirement and ensures the efficient working.

l The air-hydraulic damping cylinder is used to push the feed of cutting tools to enable more stable operation

l The thickened clamping plate can prevent the profile from deforming

l Equipped with four horizontal milling cutters and one vertical saw blade, able to mill reinforced aluminum mullion profiles.
